![]() Sadly there was no real way to opt out – which obviously is a huge issue. It would allow the app to “gain greater insight into how our users interact with the software,” as the staff puts it. That’s why it’s no wonder that the outrage about a feature implemented in version 5.45 called “Active Monitoring and heartbeat” was huge. With over 20 million users Piriform’s program is probably one of the best known tools for cleaning your registry (amongst other things). ![]() No opt-out, no goĬCleaner is vastly popular. But what if a tool like that, which also promises to “keep your activity private” actually is collecting massive amounts of data about your PC usage with no way to opt out? That’s basically what happened with CCleaner. Not only do they remove junk files, but they also clean your registry and perform other tasks. That’s where tools like CCleaner come into play: They are there to clean your PC. Sure, you uninstall some programs to make some room but it never seems quite enough. And the older it gets the more it’s clogging up. When your PC is new, its fast, slick, and oh so clean! Once you’ve had it a year you’ve gotten used to it and you like it well enough, but it’s not the same fresh love you had for it as when you just bought it. ![]() ![]() Important Note: RavenM does not support BepInEx version 6. ![]() Visual Studio 2019+ is recommended.NET 4.6 is required. ![]() I serve up to 11 users on mine and it's crazy keeping track of what everyone uses. ![]() I think the Shield is that device (unofficially) but I just don't get how there isn't a "partnered" Plex client device. I'm just glad that it's possible and one day it'll be common.Ĭlick to shrink.I just have to laugh, the sheer amount of variables between Plex, the client chosen, and all the codec/container combos is bananas. But it seems like with everything else, formats will be cracked/broken eventually so it was only a matter of time. I'm just more relieved than anything, because some people felt that it might not be possible to do, or there would be issues with how it's done. So for me personally, I'm just ripping things into a mkv knowing that at some point, it will just all work without having to figure out what's the right hardware and software combination that will play it back. ![]() Right now it's just growing pains because it's so new and it hasn't trickled down to everything but I fully expect that down the road, mkv will be the primary way people store DV content. This was all because the mkv container just didn't support it so it was great that it was worked out that DV would be officially incorporated into the container which is great rather than it being some unofficial hack or something. Ya, the M2TS format was the initial way that people got it working and then there was the demux from the M2TS to extract the contents and then to put it all into a mp4 which took a bit more effort to do the conversion that also worked. There’s a small plugin called GoZ, which lets us send over a full scene (character with clothing and scene elements) from Daz Studio to ZBrush in a single click, and back the same way. ![]() ZBrush is one of those packages that is incredibly well integrated into many other softwares packages, indlucing Daz Studio. I know perhaps 2% of its features, I suck at using it, I may not agree with its weird UI, and it sure is pricey – but dang it makes working with Daz Studio a total breeze. The first tool on my list of external tools is ZBrush hands down. All the tools mentioned below will use some form of this procedure, be that via bridge or manually. To do this successfully, export an object at base resolution, make a chance in your desired external tool, then use Morph Loader to import an object back (OBJ works best for this workflow). This allows for changes to be made non-destructively, iteratively and it will leave all materials and rigging in place. To bring in changes we tend import a changed object as morph target, thereby only importing deviations from the original geometry. How external tools are used with Daz Studio in principleĭue to the complex setup of the DAZ characters, it’s advisable to leave everything inside Daz Studio intact, rather than export – change – import things via FBX or OBJ. I may amend this as new tools smuggle themselves into my arsenal. Here’s a list of the tools I currently use, together with a little note on what I do with them and a link to their respective sources. It’s an often overlooked aspect of the software that Daz Studio by itself can only do so much, and external tools can help build better scenes, work faster or aid in making adjustments to both characters and clothing. I had a great question from a viewer today (hi Doomguy) about what additional tools I use when working with Daz Studio. ![]() This certified industry investigator assesses the expense, piece of the pie, amazing learning experiences, advances, market measuring, supply chains, applications, trade and import, organizations, etc., with the sole exertion of helping our clients to pursue all around read business choices. ![]()
If you can stomach the price, though, the Surface Go 2 is potentially the only computer you’ll need-if your computing needs are light. To get it in a configuration like our review unit-one that truly unlocks its potential as a versatile tablet PC-is downright expensive. So there’s no question that the Surface Go 2 isn’t a tip-top value for money. It’s also nearly double the price of the Pentium-powered Surface Go 2 base model, which is equipped with a measly 64GB of eMMC storage and 4GB of RAM, and lacks LTE connectivity. That’s $170 more than an LTE-equipped Apple iPad with 128GB of storage. These upgrades come at a considerable expense, pushing the price of our review unit to $729.99. While you can hold the Surface Go 2 in two hands with ease, a nifty integrated kickstand at the back pops out for propping up the tablet on a flat surface. The entire front of the device is a 10.5-inch touch screen, and the ports, the power button, and a volume rocker are scattered around the edges. It’s a rectangular tablet that measures 0.33 by 9.7 by 6.9 inches (HWD) and weighs 1.2 pounds. The Surface Go 2 follows the same basic design principles of many of the preceding Surface models, including the latest, the Surface Pro 7. Microsoft has been making Windows tablets for many years under the Surface brand. It easily earns our Editors' Choice for best midrange Windows tablet.
